I was skeptical about a daily supplement plus the Flush packets, but the pink lemonade flavor actually makes the 3-month routine easy to stick with. Having both in one kit means I don't have to juggle separate orders, and my urinary tract feels noticeably more comfortable.
The pink lemonade Flush packets mix up easily and don't have that chalky aftertaste I was dreading. I've been doing the daily Promote capsule with a Flush every couple of days, and my system feels a lot less sluggish — this 3-month supply is a solid value.
I've been taking the Promote capsule every morning with breakfast and using the Flush packets a few times a week, and the combo feels easy to stick with. The pink lemonade flavor isn't overwhelming, which surprised me, and the 3-month supply means I won't run out anytime soon.
