After my last kidney issue, I wanted something I could actually stick with, and this is it. The unflavored packets dissolve clean in a glass of water, no weird aftertaste, and I've got one waiting by my gym bag for every workout. Twenty packets per box means I never run out right when I need it.
I was dreading another chalky mix, but this dissolves clean in water with zero aftertaste. Having the 20 individual packets means I can toss one in my gym bag and one in my travel kit, so I actually remember to use it after workouts.
The unflavored taste is a lifesaver—no weird aftertaste to choke down, just mix it with water and it's gone. I keep a packet in my gym bag for after workouts and it’s honestly become part of my routine. Twenty packets per pack means I’ve got plenty to share with my partner too.
