Flush & Defend

The pink lemonade flavor is surprisingly easy to get down compared to other supplements I've tried. I just finished my first month with the daily Defend and the weekend Flush packets, and my bladder feels noticeably calmer without any of my usual urgency issues.

I’ve been through two rounds of the Flush packets now, and the pink lemonade flavor actually tastes pretty decent for a cleanse—not chalky at all. The daily Defend capsules are easy to remember since they’re in the same pack, which keeps me consistent.

The unflavored Flush packets dissolve cleanly in water with no weird aftertaste, which I appreciate since I take them daily. I've finished the first month of Defend and the whole routine is easy to stick to.
